Main duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of establishments and marketing departments.
• Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in motor related business development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns to drive the sales of car rental services.
• Identify and establish strategic distribution networks to ensure wide availability of car rental products and services.
• Conduct market research studies specific to the car rental industry, analyze the findings, and provide insights to support product development and enhancement.
• Oversee the marketing strategies of the company, including branding, promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Manage and supervise the implementation of communication strategies, including public relations activities, to enhance the company's reputation and maintain positive media relations.
• Plan and coordinate events and activities to raise awareness of the company's car rental services among target audiences.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's online platforms, including website, mobile applications, and online booking systems.
• Collaborate with advertising, marketing, and public relations teams to develop and implement an effective online presence strategy, encompassing digital marketing, social media management, and online customer engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of online campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements related to online marketing and e-commerce, and propose innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Plan, administer and control budgets for marketing department
• Interview, hire and oversee training for staff of marketing department.
• Other duties as per instruction
• Report to the general manager.
Employment requirements
• A university degree or college diploma in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, business, economy, or in a related field etc.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an asset.
• 3+ years working experience in marketing management position.
• Experience in charge of trading marketing projects is an asset.
