Job Duties: -
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes andfoods
- Prepare and cook food as per instructions given by the chefor dietitian, especially for patients.
- Supervise kitchen operations and staff activity.
- Train staff in different food activities such aspreparation, cooking, and handling.
- Maintained inventory and ordered food, supplies, andequipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Manage planning of menus, the portion of food, foodrequirements, and costs.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English
