Main duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the business activities of company and related departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
• Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy to drive up the business revenue.
• Manage and supervise the implementation of communication strategies, including public relations activities, to enhance the company's reputation and maintain positive media relations.
• Plan and coordinate events and activities to raise awareness of the company's business among target audiences.
• Identify and establish strategic distribution networks to ensure wide availability of products and services.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's online platforms, including website, mobile applications, and online booking systems.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement an effective online presence strategy, encompassing digital marketing, social media management, and online customer engagement.
• Oversee the business development strategies of the company, including branding, promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Conduct market research studies specific to the construction industry, analyze the findings, and provide insights to support product development and enhancement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of online campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements related to online marketing and e-commerce, and propose innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Plan, administer and control budgets for marketing department
• Interview, hire and oversee training for staff of marketing department.
• Other duties as per instruction
• Report to the general manager.
Employment requirements
• A university degree or college diploma in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, business, economy, finance or in a related field etc.
• 5+ years working experience in business management position.
• Candidates with prior experience of marketing background will be given a priority.
• Exceptional time management skills, attention to details, team player and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi- task, independence and prioritise is a must
