BaoBao Arts Centre, a thriving arts and music school in the Tri-Cities, offers diverse programs from toddler art play to professional art portfolio preparation, alongside RAD Ballet and varied music lessons. We're looking for a Business Systems Specialist to analyze and enhance our operations, streamline student enrollment, and optimize financial performance, driving improvements and efficiency within our vibrant educational environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Meet with arts centre stakeholders to understand program requirements and document needs for new offerings.
•Analyze the centre's enrollment data, finances, and operations to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and boosting enrollment. Propose tailored solutions based on findings.
•Design, build, integrate, analyze, and implement IT solutions to support the centre's programs and operations.
•Provide guidance on IT strategies, policies, management, security, and service delivery to support the centre's information systems.
•Collaborate across business units, instructors, and support staff to ensure smooth IT operations.
•Rigorously test changes and enhancements to the centre's systems to validate reliability, accuracy, and functionality.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Need hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, information systems or a related discipline, or have completed a college program in a related field.
• Experience in business systems and process management is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary.
• Any certification or training provided by software vendors is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages could be beneficial.
Term: Permanent
Salary: $46 Per Hour
Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
