Location: Calgary, Alberta
Salary: $18.50/ hour

Employment type: Permanent/ Full time 35-40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Schedule: Day, Night, Weekend, Shift
Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Work Conditions : Fast- paced environment
Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
