Job Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekend
