As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll orchestrate the design, deployment, and refinement of efficient business processes and systems, elevating our organization's productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate extensively with diverse stakeholders, ranging from business users to IT teams, to meticulously elicit, document, and prioritize business requisites across diverse projects and ventures.
Business Process Enhancement: Examine existing business workflows, pinpoint optimization avenues, and architect innovative solutions to streamline operations, boosting overall efficacy.
Holistic System Design: Translate intricate business requisites into comprehensive system design blueprints. These encompass data models, use cases, and functional requisites, which will serve as the guiding framework for technology solution development and deployment.
Rigorous Testing and Quality Assurance: Devise and implement meticulous testing strategies to ensure the seamless functionality and precision of newly introduced systems and enhancements. Our priority is to ensure their alignment with exacting business needs.
Thorough Documentation: Forge an extensive repository of system configurations, procedural insights, and change records. This archive will be indispensable for navigating future system augmentations and updates.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in an equivalent capacity.
- Experience in business workflows, operational dynamics, and opportunities for streamlining processes.
- Experience in system analysis methodologies, data modeling, and functional requisites documentation. Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is indispensable.
- Good Communication skills verbal and written, enabling you to interact seamlessly with stakeholders possessing varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Showcase a track record of dissecting intricate business predicaments, applying critical thinking, and proposing inventive, pragmatic solutions.
- Collaboration Skills Embrace a collaborative ethos, leveraging your adeptness at orchestrating harmonious interactions among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Thrive in a dynamic setting by deftly adjusting to evolving business requisites and adeptly prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Previous experience with mobile application development and booking tools on demand.
- Previous experience with Logic and workflow feasibility for mobile application development.
- Good experience with business plan analysis sprints and stores in the app development process.
- Previous experience with Agile methodology.
