Over Time Wage: $42.00 per hour (After 40 hours per week)
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Business Location: Unit 206, 12844 Anvil Way, Surrey, BC
Work Location: Various work locations across lower mainland
Education: Completion of Secondary School.
Experience: 2-3 Years of related work experience is required.
Other requirements: Applicant should be Physically fit to perform the job duties.
Job Duties:
• Estimate material required for the given job
• Able to read and follow sketches and blueprints
• Lay tiles or set as per floor and walls structures requirement.
• Able to set all size tiles as per building designs, chimneys, and fireplaces etc.
• Cut and trim tiles as required using various hand and power tools.
• Polish tiles and ensure tiles design
• Active and creative mind to make tiles new designs on structures
• Apply pressure to affix to base, ensure the level and install tile strips
• Able to handle repair jobs, redesign existing structures and remove cracked tiles etc.
• Form building foundations by laying required material as per blueprints
• May suggest if any change required in tile installing job.
