Q10 Quickbeauty Enterprise Inc. (D.B.A Air Nova Hair Salon) is looking to hire a receptionist to join the team, and work at its Burnaby location.
Job Description:
• Welcome clients and visitors as they enter the salon with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage the salon's appointment book, schedule client appointments and confirm upcoming bookings.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information about the salon services.
• Check clients in upon arrival and notify hairstylists of their appointments.
• Handle check-out procedures including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Ideal candidate is:
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• A well-groomed and professional appearance
• Friendly and cooperative
Minimum Education:
• Completion of Secondary school
Work Experience:
• 1 year of work experience is preferred.

• English
