AGOM HOLDING'S CORPORATION O/A Subway located at # 2, 131 Aspen Drive, Sparwood, BC V0B 2G0 is looking for a Restaurant Manager with minimum High School education. The Candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or Diploma/ Certificate in relevant education. Pay per hour will be $28.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 32- 40 hours of work per week.
Following are the set of job duties and responsibilities for this position:
· Plan, Organize and manage the operations of the restaurant.
· Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
· Recruit staff and train the restaurant staff.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and control inventory.
· Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
