• Assist in handling the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Allocate tasks to sales staff.
• Recruit and provide training for personnel or coordinate their training.
• Procure goods and products.
• Create and manage work schedules.
• Maintain and organize inventory.
• Address issues that may arise, such as customer concerns and shortages of supplies.
• Coordinate and supervise the actions of employees.
