Job Description:
Sigma Cabinets Inc. located at 11539 136 Street, Suite 103, Surrey, BC, V3R 0G3 requires three Permanent & Full Time Carpenter. We welcome Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
• Maintain, repair and renovate wooden structures in residential & commercial establishments.
• Operate power tools etc.
• Supervise other workers.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in the relevant field is required.
Language: Basic English is required.
Number of Positions: 3
Wage: $31.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation Pay.
