Framer-carpenter needed for A&H Builders
1 Vacancy Location: 50212 RANGE ROAD 220, Genesee (Leduc County), AB T0B 3M2
Duties and Responsibilities: As per NOC 72310 - Carpenters; framer-carpenter: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements, Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials, Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems, Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
Salary: $33.00 per hour for 35-44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
Start date: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
Requirements/Skills:
Languages: English
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years
Own Tools/Equipment:
Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat
Transportation/Travel Information:
Own vehicle, Valid driver's licence
