MAIN LOCATION:13765 blackburn avenue,whiterock
WORK LOCATION/ADDRESS: Candidates are required to work at various
locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley as per
company contracts
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERMANENT FULL TIME
WAGE RATE: $30.50 PER HOUR (FOR 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK)
EDUCATION: SECONDARY SCHOOL (HIGH SCHOOL)
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH

START DATE: AS SOON POSSIBLE
JOB DUTIES:
-Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
-Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
-Assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes and other
materials
-Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and other
doorframes
-Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
-Build cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surrounds and other projects based
on demand
-Frame room additions as needed for client
-Select and evaluate materials for defects
-Install cabinets, counters and molding
-Follow all code requirements for kitchens and baths in remodeling projects
WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL
TIME IN THE DAY OR EVENING OR ON THE WEEKENDS AND ALSO READY TO
WORK OVERTIME WHEN REQUIRED.
