Rama Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. is looking to hire 2 full-time and permanent Sweet Maker for their restaurant.

Salary: CAN $22.00/hr.
Location: Surrey, BC
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per Week

Job Requirements:
1. Completion of Secondary School is required.
2. 1-2 years of professional sweet-making experience will be required.
3. Basic knowledge of English is required.
4. Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi will be an asset.
Job Duties:
1. Prepare and cook individual sweet dishes like gulab jamun, jalebi, besan laddoo, rasgulla, barfi, motichoor laddoo, halwa, milk cake, gajrella etc.
2. Assist in introducing new sweet dishes to the menu
3. Ensure the quality of sweets before serving to guests.
4. Monitor kitchen operations.
5. Estimates ingredient requirements and cost
6. Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of sweets.
