Salary: CAN $22.00/hr.
Location: Surrey, BC
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per Week

Job Requirements:
1. Completion of Secondary School is required.
2. 1-2 years of professional cooking experience will be required.
3. Basic knowledge of English is required.
4. Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi will be an asset.
Job Duties:
1. Prepare both vegetarian and non-veg dishes like shahi paneer, paneer tikka, dal makhani, Butter chicken, karahi
chicken, goat curry, mixed vegetables, etc. as per the restaurant menu.
2. Slice and prepare raw food ingredients
3. Prepare and cook full-course meals.
4. Ensure the quality of food before serving to guests.
5. Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
6. Maintain kitchen operations.
7. Make sure the kitchen and work area are clean and sanitized.
8. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
9. Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies, and equipment.
