Job Description
· Organize, plan, and oversee the work of construction workers doing bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, plastering, drywall installation, and insulating, and painting, as well as those who install and maintain prefabricated items in residential and commercial buildings
· Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
· Conduct inspections at various phases of construction
· Prepare timetable and manage tasks with subcontractors
· Settle workplace disputes and suggest plan to enhance productivity
· Manage inventory
· Meet construction budget by monitoring expenditures
· Organize training sessions, sessions on safety and policies related to company
· Assist in hiring and promotion activities
· Make progress reports
· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
· Comply with legal regulations
