Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct control, and evaluate daily operations of a restaurant
• Hire staff and oversee staff training
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Control inventory
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers of food and other supplies
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering and big orders
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Develop, implement, and analyze budgets
Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on the weekends.
