AMPS Services provides top-notch electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering services to our valued clients. We also bridge the gap between design and implementation by providing maintenance, project, and site services. We are now seeking to hire a facility maintenance coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and maintain a safe working environment for our workers. The qualified candidate is expected to work 35 hours per week with an annual salary of $67,340. The main duties of this position are as follow:
• Direct the maintenance and repair of the machines, equipment and electrical system in the plant;
• Establish procedures and policies for inspections and maintenance, ensuring that technicians strictly adhere to and implement regulations;
• Design the schedule for regular inspections, collect the inspections reports and analyze maintenance needs;
• Arrange technicians to maintenance tasks and inspect their work;
• Coordinate with operators and cleaning department to ensure equipment safety;
• Identify suitable partners for outsourcing certain services, negotiate quotations, and sign service agreements;
• Plan and control the budget for facility maintenance;
• Purchase tools, parts and other supplies for facility maintenance, inspect the qualify of products to ensure the quality of maintenance.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit new technicians, provide training for new technicians, and transfer essential work skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in fields related to electrics or mechanics or engineering is required.
• 5 years of experience in facility maintenance is required.
• Supervisory experience in facility maintenance is required.
