JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing, cooking and presenting food to order as per set guidelines and standards
Completing assigned “prep work” as needed in absence of kitchen helper and other staff
Cleaning, sanitizing and organizing kitchen area
Oversee the operations of the kitchen prep work and food quality
Train kitchen staff to make existing and new dishes
Prepare orders as per customer needs including single dish to multiple dishes
Help establish new menu items for the restaurant as per changing customer tastes
Adheres to all safe food handling principles
Maintaining inventory and record of food including cost analysis
QUALIFICATION
Completion of Secondary school is required
Experience of 1-2 years is required
