Ajay Jewellers Ltd. located at 2580 Cedar Park Pl, Abbotsford, BC V2T 3S5 Canada is looking for Retail Store Supervisor with minimum high school education. The candidates should also have either a minimum of one year of relevant experience or Diploma/ Certificate in the related education. Pay per hour will be $22.00. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours of work per week.
Following are some of the job duties of this position:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign duties to the staff members and prepare the work schedules.
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Maintain inventory and place the order of merchandise.
• Hire and train or arrange the training of new sales staff, monitor them, prepare performance reports and sales reports.
