The company is currently looking for a full-time regional vice-president. As the Regional Vice President for Thundersoft in Canada, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the technology services sector. Your technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping Thundersoft's growth and market presence in the region. The right candidate will be performing the following duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and plans for the region in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to maximize market share and profitability.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in Canada. Utilize this data to make informed business decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings within the Ontario region and the whole Canadian IT market. Leverage a strong background in computer engineering and technology to understand Thundersoft's services thoroughly.
• Approve and Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the Canada region. Monitor revenue performance and manage expenses to achieve financial targets while ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve their goals and foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Authorize or create departments and select middle managers, directors, and other management staff. Delegate necessary authority to managers to manage their own departments.
• Streamline regional operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients while optimizing internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that apply to Thundersoft's services in Canada. Mitigate potential legal or regulatory risks.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion within Canada, including potential partnerships or acquisitions that align with Thundersoft's strategic objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, government entities, and industry associations, to position Thundersoft as a leading technology service provider in Ontario and in Canada.
• Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the region's performance and the effectiveness of strategies. Regularly assess results and make data-driven adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Represent Thundersoft in Canada during official functions, representing its values, mission, and services to various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the public.
• Identify potential expansion opportunities within Ontario and neighboring cities/provinces in Canada. Evaluate the feasibility of new markets and assess risks and benefits for informed decision-making.
• Performs other relate duties as required.

Wages & Benefits:
• $ 12,500 per month and will be working for 40 hrs per week.

• RRSP Matching up to 6%.
• The employee is eligible to take up to fifteen (15) vacation/sick days per year.

Work setting: Hybrid – The main office is in Ontario with an opportunity to work from home, as per operational requirements

Skills requirement and Experience:
• A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or a related discipline relevant to the services provided by Thundersoft is essential. In addition, a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Engineering is preferred, showcasing a strong technical background.
• The ideal candidate must possess several years of progressive experience as a middle manager in the IT industry or a related business services sector. Preferably, a track record as a Business Development Director in an IT company which demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the technology market.
• Be able to demonstrate specialization in a particular functional area or service, which can be demonstrated through specific university training or relevant previous experience. Proficiency in technology-related fields and a thorough understanding of software development and engineering will be considered an asset.
• Willing to travel locally and/or internationally to meeting, conferences, and various Thundersoft offices, as needed.
• A solid understanding of financial principles and practices is necessary to effectively oversee regional operations and make data-driven decisions.
• Must possess exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving results, and fostering a positive work culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Should possess a forward-thinking mindset and a strategic vision, aligning business goals with Thundersoft’s overall mission. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, and building partnerships is essential. The candidate should have a track record of successfully expanding market share and cultivating strong client relationships.
• Must be adept at analyzing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective solutions. The ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement is crucial for this role.
