Simplex Mechanical Ltd., located at 14216 88 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 3L7 urgently requires one Permanent and Full Time Customer Service Representative Supervisor. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate, assign and review the work of our employees.
• Examine and verify the accuracy of work.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate activities with other work units.
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit a daily progress report.
• Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies.
• Requisition supplies and materials.
• Handle customer calls for sale and service.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High School is required.
Experience: Minimum one year of work experience in a relevant field is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Language: English is required.
Salary: $26.25/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation pay.
