Position: Residential Construction Supervisor

Start Date: Immediate
Wage: $35/hour, 35 hours/week

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Prepare progress reports
• Estimate materials and labor costs
• Supervise and schedule the activities of related apprentices and helpers
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and quality management techniques.
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
• Safety-conscious and knowledgeable of construction safety practices.
• Proficient in English.
