AMPS Services Inc. is an electrical equipment factory with strong financial background in various high-tech industries. We currently focus on electric equipment design and AI assistant drawing, industry FR3 chemical oil manufacturing.

At the same time, AMPS is a rising supplier in the electrical energy market that provides rapid supply chain solutions to customers. Our distinct advantage stems from providing cleaner, more efficient, and higher-quality products with remarkably reduced lead times.
We are now seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to manage the overall manufacturing routine and the power transformer upgrading to FR3 oil for environmentally friendly solutions. The qualified candidate is expected to work 40 hours per week with an annual salary of $97,760. The main duties and requirements for this position are listed below:

Job duties:
- Direct, supervise and manage the FR3 oil manufacturing plant to ensure it is operating in good condition;
- Plan the budget, materials consumption, labour schedules and equipment utilization for operation and implement the plans to ensure the production targets are met;
- Regularly tests and evaluate the conditions of machines and equipment; research and purchase new equipment if needed and repair and provide maintenance to the ones that are still safe and productive enough to use;
- Maintain materials inventory and timely check the material quality in order to satisfy product processing needs;
- Inspect and control the oil quality, and report to the CEO for any suggestions and solutions;
- Set up, develop, and implement the manufacturing policies for the factory;
- Regularly check the research and development process, upgrade the oil product quality and extend its life time to guarantee the product system is working properly within the safety temperature;
- Organize safety training for manufacturing workers to satisfy electrical system needs;
- Timely review safety reports, inspection reports, and manufacturing reports to fully and
- Take prompt action to address existing and potential issues;
- Assist the HR in hiring new workers with the necessary equipment and production knowledge and experience, train the workers in the use of new equipment or production techniques and supervise the workers to ensure they work under regulations.

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or related fields is required.
- Seven years of experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
- Five years of management experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
