Compensation:
• Wage Rate: $30.30 Per Hour (35 Hours/week)
• Over-Time Wage Rate: $45.45 (after 40 hours/week)

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
• Completion of secondary school
Experience:
• One year of purchasing experience is required
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Procurement of Materials:
o Source the required materials from reliable vendors and suppliers.
o Negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines.
o Ensure adherence to company quality standards.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
o Build relationships with key suppliers.
o Address issues or discrepancies in deliveries.
o Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Inventory Management:
o Maintain optimal stock levels.
o Anticipate material needs with the production team.
o Monitor and manage inventory turnover.
• Budgeting:
o Work with finance and production on budgets.
o Monitor expenditure.
o Report variances and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
• Documentation:
o Keep records of all purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
o Ensure contracts are up-to-date and stored securely.
o Document returns, discrepancies, or quality issues.
• Quality Assurance:
o Collaborate with the quality assurance team.
o Resolve any quality issues with suppliers.
