Job Duties:
• Re-evaluate and plan the strategies of the Sales Department keeping in consideration the sales target set by the management.
• Make and implement strategies to bring new business to our company.
• Impart training of the strategic planning to the sales team to achieve desired and set goals.
• Motivate and assist the sales team to implement strategies and to conquer the sales pitch.
• Lead sales team in building and managing relationships with our clients, existing, new, and prospective.
• Manage sales team in negotiating and finalizing contracts with our clients.
• Stay updated with market trends and rates to effectively negotiate with clients.
• Recruit and train new sales staff as and when required to boost the existing sales team and the company’s revenue.
Job Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Sales or related fields would be preferred but not mandatory.
• One (1) year of Sales experience is preferred.
