As our "Uni-Lab" development team works on developing and upgrading features for our website, mobile apps, and logistics management software, the company is currently in need of a competent and experienced IT Manager who can plan, lead, and evaluate the development processes. An ideal candidate should have rich project management experience, a solid technical background, and an innovative mind.
Job Duties:
1.Lead the development and implementation process of our long-term strategies for improving the company’s IT performance, capacity, and new service solutions.
2.Evaluate the current software specifications of all company infrastructure and software development; propose system upgrading for UniUni’s software systems and tools.
3.Create time schedules, critical deliverables, department budgets, resource allocation plans, and other necessary support efforts to ensure the proper functioning of our IT systems.
4.Take control of IT program progress and issue analysis; communicate and collaborate with other departments to implement changes in website, UI design, and user interface for improvement of user experience.
5.Take responsibility for data collection, analysis, and proper usage of user data to track accurate user preference and product sales data through our service.
6.Discuss with clients and the logistic team to identify business and technical requirements for our software solutions and propose new features to optimize the performance, efficiency, and availability of IT-related services we offer.
7.Research the latest technologies, industry trends, and opportunities to determine what we can adopt to improve our products and software.
8.Keep track of all IT development, manage project roadmaps, and assign tasks to staff based on priority and resource availability.
9.Oversee the processes of software planning, designing, development, testing, and deployment; monitor and analyze system usage and software performance.
10.Assist the human resource team in the recruitment, interview, and hiring of prospective IT staff members; provide required training, mentor team members, and offer timely feedback.
Qualifications:
1.A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is required; relevant working experience in the same field can also qualify.
2.At least three years of experience in the IT field including past experience of managing IT projects and staff.
3.Exhibit excellent track record of managing IT project development.
4.Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills is an asset.
5.Able to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
6.Show strong communication and leadership skills.
