We are now hiring a General Manager to improve the overall operational efficiency and brand image. The ideal candidate has to be an industry veteran with a proven track record closely related to healthcare. We will rely on this position to lead our strategic planning and guide the business direction of the company.


Job Duties:
Executive Management
1. Develop executive strategies with functional action plans that best serve our business objectives in the dental industry.
2. Evaluate the current office equipment and stay updated on dental technology advancements; identify opportunities for integrating new technologies to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
3. Assess our dental lab’s strength and explore options to expand the current dental product line with our advantaged expertise.
4. Create and execute comprehensive policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.

Operations Management
1. Implement streamlined business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, minimize miscommunication among all departments, including production, sales, finance, and client service, and improve client satisfaction rates.
2. Monitor and analyze staff performance while designing an incentive program for employees that encourages meticulous and diligent work.
3. Take control of the company accounts, monitor the financial performance, and suggest decisions regarding adjusting company resources to the board.
4. Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaboration that can enhance the company’s growth and market reach.
5. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and business arrangements with partners and suppliers.
6. Identify potential risks, challenges, and uncertainties that could impact the business, and develop mitigation strategies.

Staff Management
1. Take control of the hiring process for mid-level managers and ensure all new recruits meet the qualifications and can contribute to our positive company culture.
2. Set clear and reasonable performance metrics for different staff teams within the laboratory.
3. Provide training to new staff and work closely with all dental technicians to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination of dental product manufacturing.
4. Create an employee loyalty program that rewards long-term devotion to our company; ensure the employee benefits package stays competitive in the industry.


Qualifications:
1. A college diploma or higher degree in business administration, finance, or relevant working experience in the same field is required.
2. At least three years of experience in a management position is required.
3. Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is an asset.
4. Show a professional level of business acumen and result-driven work ethic.
5. Demonstrate a strong and inspirational leadership ability while working with employees.
6. Possess exemplary judgment to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
7. Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics.
