Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Full-time (part-time is also negotiable), Permanent
Working Location: 1669 Pear St, Victoria, BC V8P 2A5
Business Address: Same as above
Wage: $19.00 ~ $22.00/hour (depend on working experience)
Working Condition: 30–40 hours /week
10 days paid vacation or 4% remuneration of total gross salary
Language: English (Korean would be an asset)

Key duties and Responsibilities:
-Exceptional customer service/address customers’ complaints or concerns
-Good understanding in Asian cuisine and cultural background
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage- Prepare and submit reports
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
-Train staff in job duties
-Sanitation and safety procedures (Covid-19)
-Hire food service staff
-Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirement:
–College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required
