Job Description:
We are looking for five Cooks.
Main Duties include:
Prepare and cook meals, dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies
Plan menus, determine size of portions, estimate food requirements and costs
Monitor and order supplies
Order supplies
Supervise kitchen helpers
Maintain inventory and records
Clean kitchen and work areas
Organize and manage buffets and banquets
Manage kitchen operations
