Job Duties: 
1.Manage, motivate, and lead a team of supply chain & administrative/sales support staff.
2.Direct accountability for a variety of key performance objectives including sales supports, timely response to customer inquiries, customer feedback and other administrative supports.
3.Manage, monitor, and report the financial performance and budget control of activities related to purchasing and administrative supports.
4.Monitor and support parts on daily and weekly tasks related to supply chain/inventory management, scrap parts, parts abnormality management, etc.
5.Organize and direct weekly, monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliation to keep track of partial and full inventory counts and ensure their accuracy.
6.Interpret the end user’s requirements, apply these appropriately, and develop innovative features in line with customers’ business requirements.
7.Act as an agent of change within the organization supporting the need for continuous improvements while maintaining the operational budget.
8.Work and coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure appropriate response time to customer inquiries resulting in timely and accurate service of residential and commercial customer base.
9.Improve and maintain quality and service standards while executing regular and consistent back-office testing, controls, and reporting.
10.Foster positive working relationships and development of our business to improve partnership with key stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
11.Support the team by hiring new staff, offering team training, coaching, and mentoring.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree is required.
2.A minimum of 3 years of related business administration, supply chain or business support experience is required.
3.Experience utilizing demand and supply planning, inventory control, and data processing is an asset.
4.Experience building up back-office culture through relationship building and creative problem-solving.
5.Strong leadership, interpersonal, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
6.A motivated self-starter, with good organizational skills.
