Job Duties:
• Prepare and maintain financial records of the company using manual and electronic bookkeeping methods.
• Prepare financial statements and reports of the company based on the company’s financial records.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Maintains records of financial transactions and reconciles accounts.
• Prepare income tax returns of the company after carefully examining the company’s financial statements and records.
• Prepare payroll of each employee based on each employee’s data received from the company’s management.
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping of the company.
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll and other bills in a timely manner
• Complete and submit tax forms and other government documents.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping OR
• Completion of courses in accounting/bookkeeping with hands-on experience of 1+ year in the related field.
