It has years of development experience in electronic motion control, digital lens control and other 3D film production equipment. It has been devoted to the electronic device technology development of wireless motion control systems and wireless video/audio transmission equipment for the film and TV industry. We are the product designer, distributor, and technology holder, moving the work of film and broadcasting forward with innovative equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Participate with the executive leadership team to create current and long-range strategic objectives and operating plans and associated metrics for measuring results.
2.Identify strategic needs of the company regarding the structure of departments, evaluate factors such as financial feasibility, organizational efficiency and alignment with long-term goals, and lead the launching process of departments and oversee personnel selection.
3.Support middle managers in providing frequent performance feedback to their teams; assists in planning career moves for staff to ensure their ongoing development and commitment to the company.
4.Supervise the financial personnel when preparing budget reports, make the budget presentation with board directors, and oversee budget controlling and expenditure spending, to ensure everything is carried out according to the plan while minimizing the financial operational risks.
5.Collaborate with department heads and the executive team to prioritize strategic initiatives based on the importance and feasibility. Direct allocation of resources to achieve business and sales goals.
6.Look for expansion opportunities, like new customer networks, markets and industry developments. Take advantage of possible opportunities that can occur to advance the company.
7.Review sales and promotional campaigns, analyze ROI, ensure the proposed budget is reasonable justifiable, and make the decision on whether to approve the sales and marketing activities.
8.Identify deficiencies in the skills of management team members, and work to improve individual’s capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
9.Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms while safeguarding the company's interests.
Job Qualifications:
1.A college diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, other related fields, or proven equivalent work experience is required.
2.3+ years of management experience in sales, advertising or marketing in a related industry is required.
3.Exceptional leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and motivating sales teams.
4.Experience in the industry or knowledge of photography equipment will be an asset.
5.Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and market dynamics.
6.Strategic thinker who can analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
7.Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
8.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
