Riding on the momentum of having 3 successful AutoMind locations, the flagship store on 10th Ave, Vancouver was opened in 1998. We will repair your vehicle to the condition it was in before the accident with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

We are now recruiting one Vice President to reinforce the upper management and improve the general operation’s running efficiency. This is a critical position that should exert strong leadership to influence our staff team and improve the task outcomes for clients.


Job Duties:
Strategic Planning and Execution
1. Conduct research on our company’s comparative strength and develop strategic plans to guide our general operations while aligning them with our business objectives.
2. Analyze the research results to identify potential growth opportunities in the automobile industry and recommend relevant action plans for the board to proceed.
3. Review the profitability of all our auto services periodically and present the board with adjustment reports regarding where to allocate company resources.
4. Supervise the expansion of branches or service operations while updating company policies to accommodate the latest industry changes.


Operational Management and Development
1. Oversee the daily managerial operations from all branches and ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with our internal policies and government regulation.
2. Coordinate with branch managers to ensure efficient quality control and operational excellence for all automobile-related services.
3. Create an incentive career-advancing program for employees that encourages company loyalty and rewards through hard work.
4. Develop an efficient communication channel across branches and departments, creating a transparent platform for effective feedback and constructive suggestion.

Employee Management and Client Engagement
1. Participate in the recruitment of managers and team leaders as well as providing professional insight and assessing the job qualifications.
2. Deliver necessary orientation and briefing to the new manager-level employees to help them adapt seamlessly to our auto operations.
3. Liaise with key partners and clients to learn about their feedback and improve our services accordingly to ensure consistent client satisfaction.


Qualifications:
1. A college diploma or higher academic degree in business administration, or relevant working experience in the same field is required.
2. At least three years of experience in a management position in a related industry is required.
3. Past experience working for automobile companies is an asset.
4. Possess strong and effective leadership that can inspire staff to exert themselves.
5. Display strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
6. Show strong business acumen and a highly professional work ethic.
7. Demonstrate strong communication skills with staff and partners.
