The company has grown tremendously in the last 15 years from a small-time operation to a state of the art 50,000 sq.ft. production facility based in Abbotsford, BC.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Resolve work related problems
• Recruit and hire staff
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Assist In the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Train, develop and supervise team members.
• Monitor team member behaviour and activity and assist with managing team performance and expectations.
• Assist the in complying with all organizational image, security and safety practices according to policies and procedures.
• Responsible for other assigned duties and managerial responsibilities as assigned.
• Keeps work area neat and clean and free of any parts on the floor.
• All safety guidelines laid down to be followed without fail.
Qualification requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience an asset
