By providing professional consulting specializing in offering placement information for prospective graduate students interested in attending colleges and universities in Canada, our goal is to assist overseas international students and local students in their search for graduate programs designed to meet their individual needs. CBG plans to roll out our business in 2023 to more top tiered cities around the world in the next three years.

Job Requirements:
- Completion of a college diploma in business administration, communication or related field, or equivalent administrative or clerical experience is required
- Diligent, able to work under pressure, with a good sense of service and professional accomplishment
- Strong learning ability and logical thinking ability
- Have excellent communication and organization skills and excellent teamwork spirit
- Professional in utilizing MS Office suite
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Able to speak and write English fluently and efficiently

Job Description:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure work efficiency
- Establish office policies and work procedures
- Assist in supervising the work and KPI of employees in each department
- Sort and distribute daily incoming mails and emails
- Maintain and update internal database to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Place monthly order of stationery and office supplies within budget
- Organize meetings and conference calls, and take notes and minutes as needed
- Prepare and proofread materials for administration, accounting and marketing
- Record and distribute work-related information and data precisely and properly
- Assist the Director with legal affairs and participate in external activities
- Other duties as assigned
