Job duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors, helpers, and labourers
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Recommend personnel actions
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Estimate cost of materials and supplies
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Prepare work progress reports and manage the operations of the company

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of a Secondary (high) School.
Language: English
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
