Our company Majha Gill Transport Ltd. is currently hiring 1 Office Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
• Prepare schedules and do reservations.
• Supervise and train office staff
• Compile data, statistics and other information.
• Answer calls and reply to messages or e-mails.
• Check office supplies and make orders accordingly.
• Maintain inventory and all the manual and computerized information.
• Greet visitors and give them direction.
• Prepare invoices and presentations.
Job requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Completion of one-or two year college or other program or Some experience in the position is required.
Wage Rate: $28.00 per hour, Overtime wage will be given after 40 hours per week.
Work Location: 7372 128 A Street Surrey BC Canada V3W 7G9
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
