Job Duties:
• Sell merchandise and Authorize payments by cheque
• Understand and communicate promotional items and services
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Maximize sales’ opportunities and ensure fantastic customer service
• Identifying customers inquiries and complaints and making corrective solutions to meet their needs and expectations
• Organize and Maintain inventory and always remaining adequately stocked without unnecessary waste.
• keep detailed records, including expenditure reports, sales figures
