Specific Skills
• Post journal entries, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements,
• Prepare trial balance of books,
• Receiving and entering driver paperwork,
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation,
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll,
• Prepare tax returns, Reconcile accounts,
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems,
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Reconcile between banks and other internal companies
• Check data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies
• Communicate with clients through phone and email regarding any invoice issue
