The property rentals manager role encompasses negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of ARH Developments Inc. The candidate will review rental rates, monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, and handle lease renewals and disputes. In addition, the candidate will manage property service contracts, coordinate repairs, maintenance and cleaning. Additionally, the property rentals manager will oversee showings, track financial records and administer damage deposits.
