We are now hiring an IT manager to take charge of all our technology operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation of technical knowledge and expertise as well as an understanding of the complexities of information systems, networks, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. We will rely on this position to make informed decisions regarding whether the company's technology infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficient.


Job Duties:
1. Lead the IT department’s overall strategic planning while aligning with the business objectives through accessing the technological needs, applying improvements, and designing a comprehensive tech road map.
2. Develop policies supervising all our technology projects, monitor the execution of procedures, allocate human and financial resources, and discuss the recent updates with stakeholders.
3. Oversee our company’s technology infrastructure, from network and servers to database and website; ensure all systems are functional and secured.
4. Develop a disaster recovery plan and provide assistance to IT staff when technical issues arise.
5. Attend meetings with clients to acquire their requirements and customized specifications for our services provided, and assign IT staff to fulfill different segments of the project.
6. Monitor the clients’ project progress including network solutions, website building, data backup, and computer maintenance in general.
7. Keep track of the IT department’s expenses including vendor contracts, purchase of new hardware, and other tech-related investments as well as submitting budget forecasts to the upper management for approval.
8. Coordinate with the HR department during the recruitment of IT staff, provide orientation and training to new employees, and conduct performance evaluations to foster the staff’s self-growth.
9. Ensure all IT operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning data privacy, security, and technology usage.
10. Stay up-to-date with the most recent development in legal requirements and compliance policies.
11. Advise the upper management of new technological changes in the industry and recommend integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.


Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required.
2. At least three years of IT related work experience including one year of leadership role is required.
3. In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, database management, cybersecurity, and software development.
4. Exhibit strong leadership skills to guide and motivate our IT team.
5. Possess outstanding communication skills with co-workers and clients.
6. Able to multitask different projects simultaneously and ensure everything meets deadlines.
7. Demonstrate a systematic approach to problem-solving.
