Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days paid sick leaves per year , 4% vacation pay of gross salary.
Work Location: 7065, BREWSTER DR E Delta, BC, V4E1V7 and various other locations in lower mainland.
Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met by inspecting sites
• Recruit required staff and train the cleaning staff
• Prepare work schedules of workers and assign duties to them
• Recommend for additional services required such as painting, repair work or renovations
• Maintain and secure storage areas and cleaning equipment/supplies ensuring safety of staff and the public
• Perform minor equipment repairs
• Report equipment repairs and stock shortages
