Job Description:
We are looking for three Retail Sales Supervisors for evening and night shifts.
Duties include:
Workers must be able to perform the following duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and returns
Sell merchandise
Resolve issues as they arise, including customer requests, complaints and shortages
Maintain inventory and make orders
Prepare sales and inventory and staffing reports
Hire and train staff and monitor and report on performance
Ensure the standards and image are maintained
Organize and maintain inventory
Employment Requirements:
- Minimum 7 months of experience
