• Plan the work schedules and measures and maintain coordination for activities with other departments.

• Maintain and overlook the inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
• Manage the performance of warehouse staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Plan, organize and supervise working logistics of the organization
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
