JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Completion of Secondary school is required
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
MAIN DUTIES OF A RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Organize & maintain inventory
• Sell mobile phone accessories tv boxes and phone connections/vouchers to customers ensuring that best customer service is provided
• Assign other workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and cash flow
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff members
• Perform other duties as and when required
