Job Description:
Sigma Cabinets Inc. located at 11539 136 Street, Suite 103, Surrey, BC, V3R 0G3 requires two Permanent & Full Time Retail Sales Supervisor. We welcome Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job Duties:
• Prepare reports regarding sales volume, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff.
• Organize and maintain inventory for upcoming installations.
• Manage and assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Authorize payment by cheque for customer refunds.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Number of positions: 2
Wage: $23.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay.
