• Collect and document user's requirements and develop logicaland physical specifications.

• Plan, design and co-ordinate the development, installation,integration and operation of computer-based systems.
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and developmaintenance procedures for operating systems, communicationsenvironments and applications software.
• Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systemsprofessionals in the development of software and integratedinformation systems, process control software and otherembedded software control systems.
