Our customer base includes major & independent grocery stores, specialty stores, coffee shops, & bistros.

We're seeking an Information Systems Manager to oversee the day-to-day needs of the IT department and ensure that the IT infrastructure of the organization is up to date as per present and future needs.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with a proven record of developing new IT projects and implementing rolling out updates. We seek individuals with the ability to listen and to speak concisely, as well as having the capacity to understand a diverse range of technical problems and challenges.

As an Information System Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
~ Provide leadership and technical insights to internal team members responsible for the development and upgrade for Nationwide’s online shopping platform.
~ Constantly monitor, direct and evaluate Nationwide's shopping and internal management systems, and identify new technologies, proposing methods for system improvements with an eye to a long-term technology integration roadmap.
~ Plan and implement proper security protocols to ensure safeguarding customer information databases, as well as product databases.
~ Oversee and report on regular systems maintenance and updates by allocating team resources, ensure our internal product management system is optimized as intended to automate operations processes, including planograms, internal inventory movement, product data, sales, fulfilment, warehousing, and stock replenish schedules.
~ Maintaining efficient relationships with other managers and supervisors to determine the technology needs and how processes can be made more efficient digitally
~ Delegating repair and installation requests
~ Monitoring inventory of available hardware devices and computer accessories to assess purchasing needs
~ Creating long-term schedules to determine when to update company computer systems and cybersecurity measures
~ Researching new business technologies and IT software to strengthen the organization’s computer systems
~ Drafting informational documents to help company employees troubleshoot standard computer problems and navigate new programs
~ Implementing new software programs and computer technologies that support organizational goals of digitalization
~ Manage all information systems policies and documentation including backup strategies, network maps, and security policies
~ Managing IT related budgets.
~ Participate in planning and researching appropriate technologies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
~ Efficiently create reports, dashboards, programs etc.
~ Make technology-related recommendations and decisions for hardware and software acquisition.

Education
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience
~ Several years of relevant experience including supervisory experience is required.

Wages:
$55/hr / 35 HRS PER WEEK
